Welcome to Chaska Time! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including food purchases, online ordering, and delivery. By accessing our website https://chaskatime.com or placing an order via WhatsApp, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Business Hours

Physical Outlet Timing: 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Chattarpur Village Bus Stop)
Online Delivery Timing: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Chattarpur Area Only)
Minimum Order for Delivery: ₹200

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed via WhatsApp at +91-8287014145.
Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery or UPI.
Orders are processed in the order they are received.

3. Delivery Policy

Delivery is currently limited to Chattarpur Village and surrounding areas.
Estimated delivery time is 30–45 minutes, subject to location and traffic conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled if already prepared or dispatched.
Refunds are applicable only in case of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Item missing
- Quality concerns (with valid proof)
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3–5 business days via original payment method.

5. Food Quality & Safety

All food is prepared with hygienic practices using fresh and authentic ingredients.
We follow vegetarian practices only—no meat or egg-based products are used.
Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

6. Prices & Menu

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items without notice.
Menu and pricing as shown on the website and official communications are final.

7. Privacy & Data

We do not share your personal data (name, address, contact) with third parties.
Your contact details may be used to send order confirmations, delivery updates, and promotions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and materials on our website and social media are the property of Chaska Time and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Chaska Time is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from food delivery delays, product dissatisfaction, or third-party services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
